As I mentioned we went on a whirlwind trip to LA in back. We left San Francisco last Friday and got back home Sunday evening. I wish the 5 down to LA was beautiful, but instead it's flatter than Iowa (yes, Iowa isn't actually that flat) and full of cows, corn, fruit trees and too many cars.
Once in LA we went to our high school friend's beautiful wedding.
Went to the Chinese Theatre and saw the handprints of the stars.
Ate a lot of food. Danced a lot. Ate more food. Saw the ocean for 10 minutes and then drove back home.
Oh, and how LA, there was a pool at our hotel and yet we forgot our bathing suits! That is what happens when you live in the bay area and forget it's summer everywhere else. :P
