Photo # 2 and Lettuce Wraps

I know this is cheating, but I'm using a photo I took a few days ago. Why? Because I love the way the light is streaming on the floor (of my new apartment). I love the flowers I had freshly bought at a flower store, and my art project I created for a class leaning against the wall. All that is missing is a dog or cat sprawled on the floor in the sun. p.s. I had just moved in, normally I put art on walls. :-)

Lettuce wraps

I'm not one to make appetizers on a day to day basis, but I had just made homemade hummus (I added some flat leaf Italian parsley), and was wanting to do something with it. I looked in my fridge and found romaine lettuce, tomatoes and olives. YUM. It would be fun to serve this at a party. It's different, but extremely easy to make.
