Wednesday- Nourishment

Today I'm enjoying kale chips for my afternoon snack. It's perfect for when you have a fridge full of kale and you realize that:
a. You went overboard at the farmer's market and won't finish it all before it goes bad
b. You are going on vacation
c. All of the above

How to make it:

I used two varieties of kale: dino and curly kale.
Pull the stems off the kale, wash, dry and tear it into smaller pieces.
Put on a baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil generously and then using your hands massage the oil into the kale.
Sprinkle with salt and nutritional yeast
Put in a 200 degree oven for about 1 hour
Stir it a few times while it cooks.
